Event Rules
1. Overall agreement
* The instructions of the organiser / security are to be obeyed at all
times.
* The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice.
Any contributions already paid will be reimbursed, other claims will not
be asserted beyond.
* The organiser reserves the right to expand or modify these rules until
the day of the event.
2. Drugs
* The use or possession of illegal drugs is completely prohibited.
* Smoking is permitted outside ONLY, not within the building.
* For those under 18 years of age, smoking is completely prohibited.
* The use of alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine is permitted from
16 years and in moderation, spirits are not permitted within the event.
Excessive alcohol consumption leads to exclusion from the event.
* Visibly intoxicated or drugged people are prohibited from entering and
will possibly be send off the grounds.
3. Recording media
* Picture and sound recordings are permitted for private purposes ONLY,
or with the explicit prior permission from the organiser.
* The showing of adult movies and pictures is not prohibited.
* The distribution of illegal images, movies or software is prohibited.
4. Waste
* Waste should be disposed of either in the bins provided or by taking
it back home.
5. Behaviour
* Visitors and exhibitors at the event are to behave in accordance with
the generally accepted rules of behaviour.
6. Arms
* Weapons of all kinds are completely forbidden.
* Decorative Weapons are only permitted with the explicit permission of
the organiser.
7. Animals
* Fighting dogs and other dangerous animals are not allowed and must
remain outside the building. In case of further hazard they'll be sent
off the grounds.
* The organiser reserves the right to prohibit all other animals from
entering the building.
8. Absence from the event
* Tickets are non refundable for those who cannot make it to the event.
9. Damage
* Each participant is asked to be careful with the furnishings of the
location and the location itself. Damage caused during the event (door
scratches, etc.) must be reported to the organiser to negotiate the
compensation. In cases of gross negligence, the participant must pay the
charge for the damage.
* Damage to equipment placed on the public facilities and building parts
are immediately to be reported to the organiser.
* Each participant is responsible for themselves and the equipment
brought by them, as well as for his/her personal items.
10. End of the event
* At the end of the event visitors have to leave the building.
* Exhibitors and vendors have to pack up their belongings after the end
of the event and leave the building.
* Exhibitors and vendors have to leave their place clean.
11. Disclaimer
* The organiser is not liable for any theft or damage to property or
persons. Participation is at your own risk.
* Each participant is responsible for themselves and the equipment
brought by them, as well as for his/her personal items.
